BizOps provides a workflow automation and collaboration platform for B2B usage. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time.
3. User Registration and Account Security
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and (b) maintain the confidentiality of your password and account details. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Fees and Taxes
You agree to pay all applicable fees and associated taxes for paid services as specified. Fees are subject to change, but we will provide advance notice of any pricing updates.
5. Payment Processing
All payments, including credit card transactions, are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. To ensure security, we do not directly collect, store, or manage your credit card information on our servers.
6. Subscriptions and Refunds
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, except as required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
7. User Data and Intellectual Property
You retain all rights and ownership to the data you input and process through the Service (Customer Data). The Service and its original contents, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of BizOps. We use Customer Data solely to provide and maintain the Service, and we will not use your data to train third-party Generative AI models.
