Handling Approval Tasks
When a workflow encounters an Approval Task, it pauses execution and waits for a designated user to approve or reject.
Finding Pending Approvals
Pending approvals will appear in your specific user 'My Tasks' dashboard.
Taking Action
Open the pending task to review the submitted data. You can either click 'Approve' to let the workflow continue, or 'Reject' to halt it.
