Billing & Budgets
Manage your team's billing status and monthly budget limits from the 'Settings > Billing' tab of your project.
Setting a Budget Limit
- Setting a budget limit prevents unexpected charges from excessive API usage.
- To change your budget, click 'Set Budget Limit', enter the new amount, and save.
Free Tier & Usage Tracking
- Check the 'Current Usage Status' card to see how many tasks have been executed this month.
- Your monthly 'Free Tier' allowance is also displayed here. You will only be billed for usage that exceeds this limit.
Project-Level Cost Tracking
Separate from the overall system billing, you can check the estimated cost generated by each project.
- How to check: Open the 'Settings > Billing' tab for each project.
- Estimated Cost: You can view the estimated cost for the current month based on the number of tasks executed within the project.
- Note: Project-level amounts are estimates. Free tier application and budget controls operate on the combined tenant total.
Payment Methods
Payments and credit card registrations are handled securely via our external payment partner.
- User Creation: Upon your first payment setup or promotion application, you are automatically registered as a customer in our secure payment system in the background.
- Registering a Card: Enter your credit card securely via a checkout page to set up your monthly payment method.
- Billing Management: Access the 'Customer Portal' via the 'Manage Billing' link to update your card details and download past invoices.
